Yamaha RSS02T SWB Revstar II Standard 

The latest Revstar guitars refine the look, sound, and feel of Yamaha's original Revstar guitar series. The RSS02T is available in four cafe racer-inspired finishes and features a custom tailpiece. Its chambered body and carbon reinforced neck were developed using Yamaha's exclusive Acoustic Design process to enhance tone, reduce weight, and ensure optimal balance without sacrificing resonance. P90 style pickups combined with a 5 position pickup selector and a passive push/pull Focus Switch, provide uncommon versatility from a two pickup guitar.

    Revstar Standard guitars feature chambered bodies designed to sculpt tone and reduce weight, with carbon reinforcement in the neck to improve vibration transfer.

      With the same 5-way switching as Revstar Professional, the subtle phase shift on positions 2 and 4 offers a fresh take on classic “in-between” sounds.

        The push/pull Tone control activates a passive boost with an effect similar to overwound pickups—darker highs, increased mids and lows, and an aggressive character.

          RSS20 and RSS20L feature humbuckers, and RSS02T offers P90-style single-coils. All pickups are custom designed by Yamaha and use Alnico V magnets for powerful tone.

            The RSS20L is available in two finishes: Black and Swift Blue.
