Description:

The Premier Bowery LS offers performance-driven design, expansive tone, and remarkable value. A single-cutaway dreadnought body shape and slim neck profile guarantee comfort for every player, while a satin mahogany finish and minimal rosette come together for a crisp modern aesthetic. Its deep cutaway allows for easy access to the top frets, creating more possibilities for high lead lines and solos. Equipped with an onboard preamp and tuner, the Bowery LS makes the transition to on-stage performance simple.

Features

  • Deep Cutaway Dreadnought The performance-driven Bowery’s deep cutaway makes the entire fingerboard easily accessible. Perfect for studio flexibility and the occasional acoustic lead.
  • D'angelico Preamp and Tuner Designed to translate and amplify each guitar’s natural tone, the D’Angelico Preamp and Tuner features onboard EQ, volume and an LED tuner.

  • Big Body Comfort Despite its larger body size, the Premier Bowery is offset with a deep cutaway and a slim neck shape that make it remarkably comfortable.

The D’Angelico legacy

After mastering his craft during an 18-year apprenticeship, luthier John D’Angelico opened his shop in Manhattan’s Little Italy in 1932. Catering to New York’s many jazz musicians over the ensuing three decades, D’Angelico and a single apprentice became New York’s foremost stringed-instrument builders, creating over 1,000 treasured archtop guitars until John’s death in 1964. Following his passing, D’Angelico’s legacy lived on only through his rare, legendary instruments. After decades, the D’Angelico brand has resurfaced, bringing back the playability and attention to detail of the company’s New York roots. Today, we are delighted to offer this fine line of distinguished instruments. D’Angelico uses state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and the finest available materials to create playable works of art for today’s guitarist. From a modest shop in Little Italy to the world stage, D’Angelico’s dedication to quality craftsmanship ensures that this brand won’t be going dormant again any time soon.
